We then apply the shampoo and clean your carpet with the best technology that exists and then finish using several blowers, which leaves your carpets almost dry by the time we’re finished. This is something none of the other companies do. They do not protect the corners, take care of your furniture or set up blowers to dry your carpet.
Our equipment is truck-mounted, not portable. What does that mean for you? The truck-mounted equipment provides 1500 psi of suction power and the spots disappear completely and do not return, while portable equipment usually has only 150 psi. This cannot completely remove the dirt and water. Your carpet looks clean while it’s still wet, but when the cleaners leave and your carpet dries you still see the stains.
We give a fixed price (no hidden fees or surprises) and no charge for stain removal. Most of the companies charge $40 less than we do, but when they see the carpet they charge as much as $5 extra per spot. If you have 10 spots, then that adds an extra $50 to the bill so you end up paying more than we charge.
